Dheeraj Aswani
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Dheeraj, with over two decades of experience in investment banking, excels in debt syndication, resolution, project finance, corporate structuring, credit rating advisory, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions, including under IBC. He has effectively managed debt exceeding $5 billion and played a pivotal role in corporate debt restructuring nationwide. Holding an MBA in Banking and Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Dheeraj is also a registered Insolvency Professional under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.
Vikram Singh
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Vikram brings over 17 years of post-qualification experience in M&A and PE. He’s been involved in M&A deals totaling approximately $120 million, collaborating with major corporate players like ACC, Tata Group, Adhunik Group, Sintex, and more. Vikram has conducted valuations for over 100 companies across various sectors. He’s a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a commerce degree from St. Xavier’s College. Vikram is also a Registered Valuer (Securities & Financial Assets) and a registered Insolvency Professional under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. His expertise lies in strategic transaction advisory, deal valuation, due diligence, and negotiation support.
